Set the interval and method that Vello uses to send appointment messages

Vello can use different methods and intervals to automatically send appointment messages. For example, Vello can send an appointment reminder in an email ten days before a scheduled appointment.

Make sure that you know about the available settings for intervals and methods. The settings are applicable to step 4 of this procedure. For more information, refer to Methods and intervals that Vello uses to send automatic appointment messages.
Note: Configuration of the method and interval that Vello uses to send appointment messages is a beta feature and is only available for Neo customers.
To set intervals and methods, do this procedure.
  1. Open Vello from Neo.
  2. In the left sidebar, select Appointment Reminders.

    Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the appointment reminders button:

    Vello shows an Appointment Reminders screen.
  3. In the Reminders section, select Edit.

  4. To set the method, use the Text and Email settings.

  5. In the text box of the applicable day(s) before sections, enter a number between zero and 30.
    Note: The number identifies how many days before a client's scheduled appointment that Vello sends the appointment reminder.
  6. Select Done.
  7. Select Publish Changes.

Vello uses the intervals and methods to automatically send appointment messages.
