Vello Postcards is available for customers in Canada. Use Vello Postcards to automatically send medical service reminders to clients as high-quality postcards. For more information, refer to Vello postcards.
ezyVet only: Clients can make an appointment for a new pet
If a client wants to make an appointment for a new pet, they can select Add a New Pet in the Book Appointment screen to add pet information. Vello syncs the new pet information to a new patient record in ezyVet. Previously, it was not possible for clients to add a pet when they made an appointment in the Vello client portal.
This information is mandatory when clients want to make an appointment for a new pet:
- Name
- Sex
- Age or date of birth
- Species
- Breed
- Color
