Before the Vello client portal can show recommended care badges, a practice manager must activate them.

1. Open Vello from your PIMS.
   Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
2. In the left sidebar, select Recommended Care.
   

   Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the recommended care button:
   
   
   Vello shows a Recommended Care screen.
3. Select Include a "Care Badge" for each pet to encourage pet health compliance.
4. Select Publish Changes.
