Vello: Diagnostic results sharing
Diagnostic results sharing for Vello makes it easy to send diagnostic results to clients, and makes it easy for clients to get access to results.
- You can send diagnostic results to clients at the same time that the results become available
- Clients can use text messages and emails that Vello sends to quickly and easily open the results, or they can use the Vello client portal
- Your PIMS automatically keeps communication records of when you sent results to clients (ezyVet and Cornerstone only)
- A VetConnect PLUS account
- Integrations for one or more of these products or services configured in your PIMS
- IDEXX Reference Laboratories
- IDEXX VetLab Station
- IDEXX Web PACS
No other configuration is necessary to use diagnostic results sharing. And it is not a feature that a practice manager can activate or deactivate in Vello.
Communication record example shows a communication record for a client in ezyVet. The communication record is a result of a sync from Vello after a staff member sent a diagnostic result from VetConnect PLUS.
Diagnostic results as a client-friendly summary
Diagnostic results that you send from VetConnect PLUS usually include a full set of diagnostic data. As an alternative, you can send a diagnostic result as a client-friendly summary, which is easier for clients to read.
