New: Appointment Review screen

The new Appointment Review screen is available for customers. You can use the Appointment Review screen to easily monitor confirmed and unconfirmed appointments of one day. To get access, select Try It in the Unconfirmed Appointments screen.

Each appointment entry shows:
  • The applicable appointment information
  • If the appointment is confirmed or not confirmed
  • If the client completed the applicable Vello forms for the appointment
In the NEEDS ATTENTION section of an appointment entry, you can:
  • Select Mark as confirmed to confirm an appointment
  • Select Send reminder to to send a form reminder in a text message to the client

Changes

An email appointment reminder tells a client if they have forms to complete for the appointment. Previously, it was necessary for clients to select a link in the reminder and refer to the client portal to know about the available forms.

Cornerstone only

This version of Vello shows information about your practice's data sync from Cornerstone to Vello in the left sidebar. If you select the entry in the left sidebar, the sync information shown can include:
  • The date and time that your practice's data last synced to Vello
  • A message to tell you if Vello has the newest data from Cornerstone
  • A Sync Delayed message if a data sync did not occur in the previous 36 hours
