This version of Vello has new features that are available to all ezyVet customers. This table shows the new features and information about them:

The Requests & Notifications screen	The Requests & Notifications screen makes it easy for you to monitor changes and requests that clients use the Vello client portal to make. For more information, refer to Monitor client requests and changes.
New client registration	If a person is not a client of your practice, they can use the Vello client portal to complete client registration. For more information, refer to Client registration in the Vello client portal.
Conversation tags	Conversation tags in the Vello inbox make it easy for staff to know if text conversations are applicable to them, and complete necessary tasks. For more information, refer to Vello inbox: Conversation tags.
