            <p class="p">The new  <span class="keyword">Vello Postcards</span> feature is available for specified customers. </p>
            <p class="p">PIMS client contact records: If a contact record does not have state information, <span class="keyword">Vello</span> uses the ZIP Code information of the contact record as the state information. This change helps your practice to easily send postcard reminders. </p>
            <div class="p">This version adds out-of-office autoreplies to <span class="keyword">Vello</span>'s text messaging system. You can configure: <ul class="ul"><li class="li">The autoreply message content</li><li class="li">The days and times that <span class="keyword">Vello</span> automatically sends autoreplies. </li></ul>
                These changes help your clients know when your practice is not available. Previously, <span class="keyword">Vello</span> used one  autoreply message that you could not change. </div>
            <p class="p">This version of <span class="keyword">Vello</span>  changed the name of the <span class="keyword wintitle">Client Communications</span> screen to <span class="keyword wintitle">Text Messages &amp; Requests.</span></p>
