            <p class="p">You can configure when <span class="keyword">Vello</span> sends appointment reminders to clients. </p>
            <p class="p">Clients can install the <span class="keyword">Vello</span> mobile app for their <span class="keyword">Apple iOS</span> mobile devices. The app is available from the <span class="keyword">Apple App Store</span>. 
Clients can use the app to get access to the <span class="keyword">Vello</span> client portal.
</p><p class="p">You can send an image in a text message to your clients. Previously, only clients could send images in text messages to practices. This change makes client communication easier. </p><p class="p">Corrected a problem that caused <span class="keyword">Vello</span> to not know that the person who sent a text message to a practice was a client of the practice.</p><p class="p">Corrected a problem that caused the <span class="keyword">Vello</span> client portal to show incorrect appointment times in the <span class="keyword wintitle">Appointment Details</span> section.</p>

            <p class="p">Recommended care (beta feature):

The recommended care beta feature is available for specified <span class="keyword">ezyVet</span> customers. 

The new feature makes it easier for clients to get information about recommended medical services for their pets.

            <p class="p">Corrected a problem that caused the <span class="keyword">Vello</span> client portal  to show medications and prescriptions that were deactivated in <span class="keyword">ezyVet</span>.</p>
