All Vello product documentation is available in help.vello.idexx.com, which is the home for the new Vello Knowledge Center.

The new Knowledge Center has many features that make it easy to find and use documentation.

Primary feature: Search filters

The search system in the new Knowledge Center has search filters. Use the search filters to quickly find documentation that is for a product, audience, content type, and more.

Tip: Want to find information quickly? When you go to the home page of the Knowledge Center, the cursor location is automatically in the search box. Thus, you can immediately enter a search term.

Primary feature: Easy sharing

All documentation pages in the new Knowledge Center show a quick share button. Use the button to get a page link or to easily send a page with email.

Primary feature: Feedback form

All documentation pages in the new Knowledge Center show a feedback form. If documentation does not give you the information that you want, use the feedback form. All form information goes directly to a dedicated documentation team.

Primary feature: Full public access

It is not necessary for customers to sign in to Vello or their PIMS to get access to documentation. The Knowledge Center and its documentation are fully available without sign-in.

Note: All Knowledge Center screens show a Sign in button but sign-in is not available for Vello customers.
