After SMS registration is completed, a practice manager can activate text messaging directly from Vello settings. This change makes it easier for practices to use Vello text messaging. After a practice manager activates text messaging, they can also activate online scheduling.
When SMS registration is completed, Vello sends an email to your practice to tell you. Previously, practices only received an email if it was necessary for them to complete their registration form again because of registration errors.
Vello sends all medical service reminders in one message to a client. Previously, Vello sent different reminders 14 days after a service was due. This caused clients to receive many reminders.
Neo and ezyVet
If you activate or deactivate Vello features for messaging and online scheduling, Vello automatically syncs the changes to your PIMS. As s result, clients correctly receive messages one time. For example, if you activate medical service reminders in Vello, Neo automatically deactivates its medical service reminders.
