            <div class="p">Text messaging: <ul class="ul"><li class="li">You can select <span class="ph uicontrol">Pin to Top</span> in conversations in the <span class="keyword">Vello</span> inbox to keep the conversation at the top of the inbox</li><li class="li">You can select <span class="ph uicontrol">Mark as Unread</span> in conversations in the <span class="keyword">Vello</span> inbox.</li></ul></div>
            <p class="p">If a client unsubscribes from text messages that you send from <span class="keyword">Vello</span>, <span class="keyword">Vello</span> shows you a note and an alert in the <span class="keyword">Vello</span> inbox to tell you. This change makes it easier for practices to know if a client does not want to receive text messages. </p><p class="p">More information about scheduled appointments shows in medical service reminder templates.</p><p class="p">If a client has an appointment scheduled, they do not receive a medical service reminder as a  text message. They  receive a medical service reminder as an email.</p>
