You can use Vello to send a form link to clients in a text message. Clients can select the link to complete the form in the Vello client portal.

1. Open Vello from ezyVet.
2. In the left sidebar, select Text Messages & Requests.
   

   Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the text messages and requests button:
   
   
   Vello shows a Text Messages & Requests screen.
3. Find and select the applicable client.
   Vello shows the client messages.
4. In conversation view, select the plus button.
5. Select Form.
   
   Vello shows an Attach a Form dialog box.
6. Find and select the applicable form.
   
7. If a client has more than one pet, select the one that you want the client to complete the form for.
   
   Vello adds the form link to the Type your message here... box.
8. Enter applicable text before or after the form link.
   
   Tip: A quick reply is a good method to easily add text to the start of a text message before you add a form link. This image shows an example of a quick reply in a text message that includes a form link:
9. Select Send.
