The user interface of the Vello form designer
The form designer is the tool that you use to make a form.
The image and table that follow:
- Show the primary areas of the form designer
- Give the function of each area
Tip: Hover over an area of the image, then select the area to read more about it.

| 7 | When the form is prepared for clients to use, select Publish. After you select Publish, you can configure an appointment type to use the form. As a result, the Vello client portal makes the form available for clients to open and complete. Note: After you select Publish, Vello permanently locks the form and you cannot make changes to it.
