When you select the plus sign in the Add to Calendar dialog box, a patient's due medical services show.

Vello client portal and appointment requests: This version of Vello changes the name of the Message box to Reason for Appointment. If a client uses a medical service reminder to make an appointment request, Vello automatically adds the applicable medical service to the Reason for Appointment box.

Vello does not let you send text messages that have more than 1,600 characters. If you try to send a message that has more than the character limit, Vello shows a message that tells you.
