            <p class="p">If a client adds a pet image to the <span class="keyword">Vello</span> client portal, the image shows in the practice's <span class="keyword">Vello</span> inbox for the applicable client. The image identifies the client's pets in a text conversation.</p>
            <p class="p">Practices can activate online scheduling for sick visits. Previously, online scheduling was not available for sick visits. </p>
