In the Medical Records screen of the Vello client portal, a client can select Download Records to get access to a PDF document of their pet's medical records. A pet's spay or neuter status shows in the PDF document. The status also shows in the pet information page of the portal. Previously, the status did not show in the portal.

This version of Vello changes the name of the Appointment Type Customization screen and Appointment Type Customization setting to Pre-Appointment Communications.

The Appointment Types section of the Pre-Appointment Communications screen increases the quantity of information shown compared to previous Vello versions. This change makes it easier for you to see settings for each appointment type.

In the Pre-Appointment Communications screen in Vello, the Diagnostic Screening and Fecal Sample Checklist settings show independently. And it is not necessary to select the Wellness setting to get access to the Diagnostic Screening and Fecal Sample Checklist settings.

Cornerstone

When you select Mark as Done in a client's text message, you can select the applicable pet or pets. As a result, Vello syncs the text conversation to the communication log of the applicable patient record in Cornerstone.
