Quick reply feature is available: A quick reply is a type of message template for text messages that you can make and save in Vello configuration settings. The content of a quick reply is usually a message that staff send again and again. This new feature decreases the manual work for messaging.
Vello inbox: The available space of the message box changes automatically for the message content that you enter.
ezyVet
Before a client can receive messages from Vello, the applicable client contact record in ezyVet must have For Reminders/Automated Communication selected.
Cornerstone
Clients can use a link to sign in to the Vello client portal. Previously, a client only got access to the portal after they received an automatic message from Vello.
When a staff member signs in to Vello, the header bar in Vello shows their name and location. Previously, this information did not show in Vello. This change makes it easier for practices who use the same device to know which staff member is signed in.
Pet Health Network Pro
You can replace your Petly Plans links and Pet Health Network Pro online scheduling links with your Vello client portal links as necessary. For example, you can put your Vello links in your website and in the messages that you send to clients.
