Vello Postcards: If a client has more than one pet, Vello sends one postcard for the client's pets that have medical services due in the same month. One postcard can include a maximum of six pets or a total of 24 lines of text. Previously, Vello sent one postcard for each pet. Four care score ranges with four different colors are available for recommended care. Previously, Vello had three care score ranges with three different colors. For more information: Recommended care scores.
Settings for recommended care configuration have a Care Score Contribution setting. Use Care Score Contribution to include a medical service in care scores that Vello calculates. This version of Vello also changes the name of the Enable Appointment Requests setting to Include a 'Request Appointment' button. For more information: Configuration settings for recommended care.
