The Appointment Requests screen is available for all Vello customers. Previously, only practices that completed SMS registration had access to the Appointment Requests screen.

Note: If a practice did not complete SMS registration, the Appointment Requests screen shows a message about why SMS registration is necessary.

Added a Preview button in the Pre-Appointment Communications screen. The Preview button shows the text and formatting of messages that Vello sends to clients.

ezyVet

You can select Mark as Done in a client text message to sync a text conversation between you and the client to their client contact record in ezyVet. You can also select the patient record that you want to sync a conversation to.

Tip: In the Summaries tab of a patient record, you can add Client Communication to the Include box. As a result, the applicable clinical summary shows the text conversation.

Cornerstone

If your practice configures 10-minute appointments in Cornerstone, Vello's online scheduling system shows clients the 10-minute periods that are available for appointment requests. Previously, 10-minute appointments were not available for online scheduling.

If you make a client record in Cornerstone, you can send a text message to the new client during the same day. Previously, if you wanted to send text messages to new clients, it was necessary to wait for data to sync from the previous night.
