In your Practice Settings screen in Vello, you can get access to the direct link for your practice's client portal and a QR code. Your clients can use the direct link or the QR code to sign up or sign in to the Vello client portal.

The period that you configure for Appointment Length for wellness visits and sick visits in Vello syncs to Vello's online scheduling system. A client can make an appointment request for the applicable period.

Neo

You can select Mark as Done in a client's text conversation to sync a record of it to the communication log in their client contact record in Neo. You can also select which patient record to sync the text conversation record to.
