You can use the Suppression List screen in Vello to find and show clients who unsubscribed from marketing emails.
Vello client portal: In the My Profile section of the Settings screen, a client can change their marketing preferences.
Cornerstone only
While Vello syncs recommended care data, Vello shows a message Syncing your practice data. The message shows in:
- The Recommended Care screen
- The Medical Service Reminders screen
Previously, Vello showed an error message that told you that there was no data.
Fixes for the Vello client portal
If a client uses some versions of Safari or Chrome with iOS, they can:
- Add a pet photo
- Crop a pet photo
Previously, it was not possible for them to add or crop a photo.
If a browser window is too short, a client can scroll to read all of the contents of the Change Practice View dialog box. Previously, the dialog box did not show the title or the practice logos correctly.
