If necessary, a practice manager can make changes to a published form.

1. Open Vello from your PIMS.
   Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
2. In the left sidebar, select Forms.
   

   Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the forms button:
   
   
   Vello shows a Forms screen.
3. Select the vertical ellipsis (⋮) that is adjacent to the applicable published form entry
4. Select Edit.
   Vello shows the form designer for the published form.
5. Make the necessary changes to the form.
6. To make your changes available to clients immediately, select Publish changes.
   Vello shows a Publish changes pop-up window.

   Note: If you remove or change the question name for a question that clients previously completed in a form, Vello shows you a message to tell you:
   
   If you publish your changes, Vello continues to show the completed question in forms that you previously received from clients.
