After a client completes a form, you can download it as PDF.

1. Open Vello from your PIMS.
   Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
2. In the left sidebar, select Requests & Notifications.
   

   Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the requests and notifications button:
   
   
   Vello shows a Requests & Notifications screen.
3. Select Notifications.
   
4. Select Filter, then select Forms.
   
   Vello shows a list of completed forms.
5. Select the applicable entry.
   Vello shows a Form Submitted dialog box.
6. Select Download PDF.
