About Vello analytics
The Vello impact dashboard gives easy visual access to Vello analytics for your practice.
Note: The Vello impact dashboard is a beta feature and is only available for specified customers.
The Vello impact dashboard uses data from Vello and from your PIMS to show:
- Metrics for automatic messages that Vello sent in a given month (for example, information about medical service reminders)
- Metrics for appointments in a given month (for example, information about appointments that clients used Vello to schedule)
Available filters for the impact dashboard
You can use filters to show different data in the impact dashboard. This table gives the available filters and information about them:

| Practice Name | Use Practice Name to get access to the applicable data of a specified practice. Tip: You can select more than one practice in the Practice Name box to get access to data for many practices. |
| Select Reporting Month | Use Select Reporting Month to get access to the applicable data of a specified month. |
Metrics
The Vello impact dashboard includes metrics for:
- Confirmed appointments
- Medical service reminders
- Appointment reminders
- Scheduled appointments
The table shows each metric in the impact dashboard and more information about it:

| Medical Service Reminders Sent | Medical Service Reminders Sent shows the total number of the different types of medical service reminders that you configured Vello to send to clients. The different types of medical service reminders are:
Note: The number shown is for each type of medical service reminder that you configured Vello to send to clients. For example, the number shows 3 if you configured Vello to send:

| Medical Service Reminders Sent by Channel | Medical Service Reminders Sent by Channel shows applicable data for each type of medical service reminder that you configured Vello to send to clients. For example, the data in the SMS section shows the number of medical service reminders that Vello sent in a text message reminder to clients. |
| Pet Owners Sent Medical Service Reminders | Pet Owners Sent Medical Service Reminders shows the total number of different pet owners that received a medical service reminder from Vello. For example, it is possible that one pet owner receives many medical service reminders because they have more than one pet. As a result, the number shows 1 for the pet owner in the Pet Owners Sent Medical Service Reminders section. |

| Appointment Reminders Sent | Appointment Reminders Sent shows the total number of the different types of appointment reminders that Vello sends to clients. The different types of appointment reminders are:
Note: The number is for each type of appointment reminder that Vello sends to a client. For example, if Vello sent a text message reminder and an email reminder, the number shows 2. |
| Appointment Reminder Sent by Channel | Appointment Reminder Sent by Channel shows the applicable data for each type of appointment reminder that Vello sends to clients. For example, the SMS section shows the number of appointment reminders that Vello sent in a text message reminder to clients. |
| Pet Owners Sent Appointment Reminders | Pet Owners Sent Appointment Reminders shows the total number of different pet owners that received an appointment reminder from Vello. For example, it is possible that one pet owner receives many appointment reminders because they have more than one pet. As a result, the number shows 1 for the pet owner in the Pet Owners Sent Appointment Reminders section. |
| Monthly Appointment Confirmation Rate | Use Monthly Appointment Confirmation Rate to compare the number of all confirmed appointments as a total of all of your practice's appointments from the last six months. |
